Managing Cover

 

1.     Can I increase the level of liability during the cover period?

Yes.  You will be charged an additional premium for the remainder of the policy period.

2.       Will I be refunded if I have to cancel my policy during the year?

This depends on the policy you have; please refer to your policy documents or call on of our Customer Relations Team. Certain policies do not have refund of premium clauses in them as the premium is calculated to be earned by the insurer immediately as the cover starts.

3.       I need a copy of my insurance certificate, is there a charge?

Assure UK charge £10 for a duplicate certificate.

4.       My business has moved, whom should I contact about this?

Please contact Assure UK immediately, quoting your policy reference, which is shown on your most recent Schedule of Insurance is your business have changed locations.
