Claims

 

1.       How do I register a claim?

Simply contact our Claims Advisors.

2.       What information will I need when making an insurance claim?

You will need to let us know: your personal details, your policy number, details of the claim, including when and what has happened, the estimated loss amount and what you have done so far about it.  You will then be given advice on what will happen next.

3.       If I make a claim, will you send someone to assess the damage?

This will depend on the circumstance of your claim.  Us, and our insurers aim to provide a practical solution in the event of a claim and to help you as much as possible following a claim.

4.       Who can I contact if I disagree with the settlement of a claim?
