Using our own purpose built computer system with delegated underwriting facilities to provide specific insurance policies to SME businesses there are positions available in Sales, Customer Services and Personal Lines where the following key skills are required:

Wanted - Sales Brokers

  • Taking inbound sales enquiry calls
  • Obtaining all quality information from the customer necessary to assist with the most appropriate insurances to meet their needs.
  • Prepare accurate quotations
  • Following up pending quotations
  • Making outbound lead generation calls in periods of slow inbound traffic
  • Strictly adhering to underwriting guidelines, Financial Services Authority regulations and Assure UK procedures
  • Case referral to underwriters where outside guidelines
  • Liaise as appropriate with underwriters in relation to customers requirements
 

Needed - Customer Services Specialists

  • Processing all renewals. View daily task lists to check Renewal balances from previous day.
  • Printing of all Renewals and ensure it is underwritten
  • Renewals to accurately reflect the customer's requirements
  • Adhere to current Assure UK renewal processes
  • Strictly adhering to underwriting guidelines, Financial Services Authority regulations and YIG procedures
  • Case referral to underwriters where outside guidelines
  • Liaise as appropriate with underwriters in relation to customer's requirements
